We are pleased to introduce you to a new innovation from Park It Here Products Ltd for the protection of RiB tubes in demanding environments called Armour Guard. 

Armour Guard is a soft ballistic material, contained within a specially designed cover and which offers stab - spike and handgun protection that can be seen as a second skin for RiB tubes, operating in hazardous environments and boarding operations. 

Armour Guard will protect RiB tubes from small arms fire, sharp objects and UV. Armour Guard is very lightweight, slim fitting (at 15mm thick) and offers excellent abrasion resistance, and, critically, is not effected by water ingress should the outer cover be punctured.

Armour Guard will extend the service life of your standard tubes, and limit any vessel down time to repair damaged RiB tubes.

The soft armour comes sandwiched inside 2 layers of highly durable Polyurethane material, which comes with a anti slip tread pattern and has excellent abrasion resistance compared with other RiB tube materials. 

As Armour Guard is a soft ballistic material, it can also be produced as a protective jacket for outboard motors which will help to protect engines from small arms fire.
